Have not yet had to phone Gator Cases but I did have to Contact Music123.com That was a complete nightmare. They shipped the case to the wrong side of the world (Turkey.. I live south of the Bahamas) After numerous emails and phone calls they still were not able to track it down. I paid 74.00 for the case and 94.00 for shipping. First I was told that it was still in transit. I called UPS and they verified it had been lost and informed me that Music 123 would have to trace the package. That took about 6 long distance calls and about 15 emails they then told me I would have to wait up to 4 weeks to either get a refund or have another product shipped out to me. To make a long story short I no longer buy anything from music123.com Customer service is something I pay for and definitely something I want when the mix up is at their end. I guess I'll have to buy a Gator Case in Florida next time I'm there at Sam Ash Music. Their service is top notch!!!!

Gator Cases I give top marks to They have a Guitar case that can hold two guitars a Les Paul and a Strat When I first saw that I realised they had a genius working for them Those are two great guitars to take with you to a gig...Music123.com well I'm no longer a customer. Take rude comments and remarks from sales staff isn't something I want as part of a Value added service

it's a rack mount case, how much easier could it be, screw the racks in and close it up, open it when you want to use it.

i think this thing is really reliable i've had it about two months and i droped the whole thing on the floor while it was full, about 50 pounds, it seems to get a bit front heavy even though i have a patch bay in the back to try to even it out. i would gig without a backup..
the only thing about this case was that it was a bit bent and the front lid wouldn't fit quite right so i had to bend it back by hand and it works fine now.

none, it's made by mars music store, and thier service is about a 6 so i guess the gator would be the same

i like it, id buy another if someone stole it, although i might be more worried about the contents of the rack case than the case itself.
