ART Introduces the DMV-Pro
September 26, 1998 -- Applied Research and Technology (A R T) introduces one of its newest products, the DMV-Pro (Dual MultiVerb-Pro) at the 105th AES show this September 1998.
This single space unit is a dual, true-stereo digital effects processor. The front panel features an attractive, multi-layered design and dual LCD interface, which permits instantaneous feedback for programming and operational status. Each stereo channel has a dedicated LCD and editing interface comprised of an encoder and editing switch. Each 24-bit digital engine is capable of producing any of 72 digital effects. To enhance creativity, the engines are configured to produce effect chains in any order or combination (up to three simultaneous effects). Two, stereo-pair of inputs and outputs are provided with 1/4" connections (total of 4 input and 4 outputs) and utilize 20 bit A/D and D/A converters. In addition to its stunning effects quality, the DMV-Pro offers two stereo processors in one unit - rather than the two-channel, dual mono processors common to the industry. Adding even more functionality, the DMV-Pro also acts as a four-channel processor. The DMV-Pro features a three-year warranty and is scheduled for availability in early November 1998. Retail: $499.00 Visit ART on the web at www.artroch.com.
