Status Graphite Bass Range 1999
March 3, 1999 -- Status Graphite returns to the Frankfurt show this year with renewed energy and a collection of new basses. Rob Green has selected some rather delightful examples from the range for this year's display. The 'Buzzard 2', as designed by John Entwistle, makes its debut at the show. It will no doubt turn a few heads, especially when seen in tandem with the original, outrageous 'Buzzard' also designed by John. Also on display were the legendary 'Empathy' and 'Stealth' basses: both the product of 18 years work with graphite composite moulding and both favourites with bass players worldwide. Now having taken a firm foothold in the market place 'The Groove Bass' is available in eight colours including three new metallic finishes - gold, silver and cobalt blue. 1999 promises to be an exciting year and with more and more 'name' players moving over to Status Graphite.
