Gibson Introduces 1957 Les Paul Custom
July 23, 1999 -- This beautiful guitar is a replica of the Les Paul Customs
originally built for rhythm & blues legend Mickey Baker in 1957. Its three
'57 classic pickups, independant in-line volume controls and master tone
control make it unique from any other Les Paul built in that era. This
replica is built to the exact specifications of the original. Its top
and perimeter shape mirror the one played by Baker. The instrument also
features a long-neck tenon and a neck pitch of four degrees.
