New EM-20 Creative Keyboard from Roland
July 26, 1999 -- Roland Corporation U.S. is proud to introduce the new attention-getting EM-20 Creative Keyboard, which joins the EM-30 and EM-50 Creative Keyboards to round-out Roland's powerful EM-Series. With a 61-key touch-sensitive keyboard, a GS-compatible sound table, 16 multitimbral parts, hundreds of instrument sounds, plus onboard drum kits, the EM-20 distinguishes itself as an exciting, dynamic instrument. It also features 64 onboard music styles, including new dance styles, and eight styles on Flash ROM. The EM-20 offers a new Style Morphing feature which gives players the ability to make gradual, musical transitions between musical sections. A new Style Progression function gives players six different arrangement levels for each style division. Other highlights of the EM-20 include: a new user-friendly interface with larger buttons, a redesigned backlit LCD, a powerful two-way Bass Reflex speaker system, and a 2-track built-in song recorder.
