Incorporating Akai’s latest timestretch technology, this function offers a choice of 54 preset algorithms, providing and unprecedented variety of timestretch options. The DPS12i’s MIDI System exclusive implementation allows external control of user functions such as transport controls and mixer settings. The MESA (Modular Editing System from Akai) has been upgraded to provide additional support of the DPS12i from a PC. Graphic waveform editing features include Cut, Copy, Move, Insert and Erase.
