Gallien-Krueger Announces 2001RB Dual Bi-Amp Bass Head

May 10, 2000 -- The new 2001RB Bi-Amp Head is drawn from the same lineage as the best-selling 700RB and 1001RB. The 2001RB features dual 500/50 watt power amplifiers (1000 watts bridged @ 4 ohms) and uses the same preamp design as the 700RB and 1001RB.

In the Bi-Amp mode, the 2001RB’s highs cut like glass without distorting courtesy of its dual 50 watt amplifiers and its low-end rumble is positively devastating in either Bi-Amp or Bridged Mode. Thoughtful features such as front and rear panel Effects Loops, XLR Output with Level Control, Ground/Lift, Pre/Post EQ Switch and Tuner Output with Mute Switch complete the package. Retail list price is $1499.
