New Compact Crate Acoustic Amps

January 18, 1996 -- Crate will expand its revered Crate Acoustic Line with two new compact models: the CA60 and the CA60D. Retaining the pro-level components and tone of the CA 125 and CA125D, the new 60 Watt models offer a smaller, lighter, and more portable alternative.

The CA60's contain two 30 Watt amplifiers driving two 6.5" Woofers and a high efficiency Piezo Tweeter (through a built in crossover). Tone controls for the primary section include gain, low, mid, high, frequency cut (with separate frequency and level selection), reverb/effects send level, chorus on/off, depth and rate. A second channel provides for auxiliary input or vocal with XLR input or HiZ, phantom power, chorus on/ok, gain, low, high, and a reverb/effects send level. The CA60D provides an on-board DSP digital reverb feature. Both versions have a reverb return level and master level controls.

The striking brown leather covering, branded oak strip trim, brass style comers, and easy access control panel enclose a well-rounded acoustic combo. All Crate Acoustic amps carry a Five Year Warranty.
