Peavey Addverb(TM) III Multi-Effects Processor
January 18, 1996 -- Peavey Electronics introduces the Addverb(TM) III multi-effects processor. Designed to handle a wide variety of applications, the Addverb III is perfect for band PA systems, fixed PA systems, home and professional studios, and musical instruments. It's intuitive user interface makes programming custom patches simple and easy to do, particularly with its LCD display. The display is easier to work with than cryptic LED displays and is a feature normally found only on more expensive units. In order to accommodate such a wide variety of applications, the Addverb III has a host of features that make this unit one of the most competitive in the multi-effects processor market at an exceptional price. Features such as true stereo inputs and outputs, fully user-dehnable algorithms (no limited list of fixed algorithms to stifle your creativity), two independent chorus effects, two independent pitch shifters, a total of 35 different effect types, 128 user-definable patches, 128 factory programs, 8 different special ultra reverb effects utilizing the full processing power of the Addverb III, 24-bit digital stereo processing, up to 8 simultaneous effects, automatic series and parallel effect linking, an exceptional 12 Hz to 20 kHz bandwidth, full MIDI implementation, up to 8 parameters continuous controlled per patch, LCD display, and dual data knob programming.
