A-33 76-Note MIDI Keyboard Controller

January 18, 1996 -- The A-33 MIDI Keyboard Controller is Roland's newest 76-note master keyboard. As with all of the Roland controller keyboards, the A-33 combines advanced MIDI control with very user-friendly functions. The A-33 also adds another important feature: a very affordable price.

The A-33 is great for any application that demands a high-quality 76-note synth type controller. From live performance to studio programming, this versatile master keyboard offers traditional Roland quality in an economical package. Two key zones can be used individually for Split or Layer mode. Each zone can control different instruments on separate MIDI channels. An Expression pedal and a sustain pedal can be connected to rear panel jacks.

The A-33 can store parameter settings for up to 32 patch memories. There are also 32 preset patch memories especially programmed for use with GM/GS Format sound modules. For extra MIDI flexibility, the A-33 features two selectable MIDI Outs, one MIDI In and one MIDI Thru. Dedicated buttons for Octave Up/Down allow you to transpose the entire keyboard + 2 octaves. This covers the entire MIDI range and offers independent access to both upper and lower keyboard zones. The A-33 is even battery operable.
