Audio Centron TFX3-PE Parametric EQ

January 29, 1998 -- The new Audio Centron TFX3-PE is a 1/3 rack space unit three band parametric EQ with selectable low, mid and high frequencies and variable bandwidth in octaves from narrow (.05 octave) to wide (3 octave).

The low, mid and high frequencies can be individually selected with variable boost or cut from +15dB to -30dB. Low frequencies range from 25Hz-600Hz, mids from 175Hz-5.7kHz and highs from 630Hz-22kHz. An input control allows the user to adjust the level while a peak LED gives a visual indication when the unit is within 6dB of clipping.

In addition to providing EQ control, the TFX3-PE is ideally suited for microphone control in live sound and recording applications; as a notch filter for feedback and noise elimination; and as a sub-harmonic boost from 25Hz for ultra low-end. The TFX3-PE lists for $ 119.00.
