January 29, 1998 -- Used by such legendary players as Chet Atkins, Jerry Douglas and Doc Watson, the acclaimed Crate Acoustic Series has been expanded with the Crate CA30S.

Designed as an entry-level acoustic amplifier, the CA30S has an eight inch speaker, dual 1/4 inch inputs with individual gains, 30 wafts RMS, three band EQ with midcontour control, insert/effects loop jack, and line out. The Crate CA30S has a list price of $ 299.99. A version with chorus and reverb is also available in the CA30 which lists for $ 349.99.

Musician-made in the USA, the CA30S has Crate's industry-standard setting transferrable 5/2 warranty at no charge which covers parts and labor on electronic components for five years and speakers for two years. The warranty may be transferred to another owner within the same five year period.
