Ludwig Announces Accent Outfit for New Drummers

January 29, 1998 -- Ludwig has made available a new economy outfit for the young beginner drummer. The LR1025 Accent Outfit by Ludwig has a suggested retail price in the USA of $610. The five piece outfit consists of 14x22" Bass Drum w/ disappearing spurs, 16x16" Floor Tom w/ 3 legs, 10x12" and 11x13" Power Tom-Toms, and a 6.5x14" steel chrome plated snare drum. The hardware package contains a post style double tom holder and bass drum foot pedal. Snare, cymbal, and hi-hat stands are light weight and feature double braced legs. Finishes available include Black and Blue with shells made from mahogany. The bass drum features a black front head with the Ludwig logo. All other heads are smooth white.
