AGI-Lace Helix Series Guitars and Neck System

The Lace Helix™

The Lace Helix Guitar

January 28, 1999 --

In an effort to create the most ergonomic guitar possible, the designers of the Lave Helix stated fresh with a clean sheet of paper and focused onthe interaction between the hands and body. As you move your hand up and down the fingerboard there is a natural twist, but a typical guitar fingerboard forces you to adapt to a flat surface. The patented Lace Helix Twisted Neck™ has a 20 degree twist that follows the natural twist of your hand making it more comfortable, smooth, fatigue free, and ergonomically correct.

View of the Lace Helix Twisted Neck™
The Patented Lace Helix® body shape has an elegance and style all its own. From the smooth soft curves tracing the body's front flowing around the Mini Data Wheel Knobs and passing upward under the strings to the sleek extension of the upper horn. Glide your hand along the reverse side of the upper horn and down into the valley of the "SpinedBack™" where the neck and body join. Trace the elegant shape of the lower horn as it angles its way gently into the valley of the smooth SpinedBack™. Once you play the Lace Helix Twisted Neck™ with its patented Dual Compound Split Radius™ finger-board, you will understand why there is no going back to the standards of yesterday. After five minutes with the Lace Helix™ you will agree it is truly the third guitar.

The list price for the Lace Helix (including case) is $1995.95.
