2004 model...35 watts Class A-2x10" Weber speakers
a real vintage looking and sounding amp. really nails the Fender tweed sound that everyone wants. and looks killer.
basic features, great sound
Sound Quality: 10
using a tele for classic blues and also clean chicken spankin country twang. suits this to a T. real quiet, amazing tone all all volumes, especially cranked, but i only play a few clubs where i could dime this baby.
Reliability: 10
this is a "boutique" hand made amp, using the best parts and i trust it as such, more than i would a 60's vibrolux
Customer Support: 10
very friendly people at the company, i spoke with them after i actually played the amp at the dealer, and they sold me, super nice, real people. 10 year warranty
Overall Rating: 9
i love vintage amps, and some high end stuff, matchless, dr z.
i looked at fender tweed reissues and the sound wasn't there, the same with the "other" tweed guy.
for me it has to do more than look good, it has to have the sound-THIS DOES. by the way, i've been playing (touring, sessions, etc for over 20 years
