Mono channel Amp with 2 differnet inputs. A low and High input, but only with a little differents in between. Tone controls, tremelo and Reverb ( Don´t say much )
There is a Bright switch-control, but it dont seems to work at my amp.
Cabinet is original with 2 10" speakers but I have replaced with 2 12" Celestion GT75, Sounds great. After a carefully restoring by a Vox-specialist I know it has been delivering a output of 9,8 watt ;-)
I have as well taken of the original Chromestand.
One last funny detail about this amp, is its topmounted, indirect lights!!!!!!!

This is the best sounding Amp I have ever had, but it don´t play loud.
I´ve recently, saw it in a Guitarshop, Copenhagen/Denmark Priced: $2000,-
I would maybe sell mine at that price.

Tube amp head approx. 15 Watts, 2x10'' open speaker cabinet. One channel only, two inputs (no difference to my ears). Feat: Bright switch, Volume, Trebble, Midrange, Bass and a tremolo (Speed and Intensity) and Reverb. What more do you need? The eq is very nice and the sound stays good from 0 to 9 (yes, the knobs go to 9). Not enough power for stage use, but great for home and studio. I miss only the beautiful overdrive which makes the AC-30 so special.
Sound Quality: 10
I've tried different guitars on this amp and they all sound GREAT. Even a cheap squier strat sounds good. Very brilliant and warm clean sound, the best I've heard. The clean sound is better than that of the AC-30, and the tremolo is very sweet. Too bad my reverb is not working; it must be a thrill. When the volume is turned up the sound stays clean, only the speakers start to distort, and this doesn't sound good so stick to clean. At higher intensity settings there's a pulsating low hum, but it doesn't bother me. This is the clean sound you can fall in love with. Plug in a telecaster and weep. I'll never sell this one.

I don't use it on stage, but it hasn't failed yet.

I've never seen it in a store...

I'm a Fender man (I use a Bassman on stage) but I love the VOX 710 for studio work. To my opinion a telecaster is best with this amp, and I'm still looking for one. If it was stolen, it would be VERY hard to replace it, but I would try. Too bad the volume is too low for on stage and the lack of overdrive, but hey, it's got the best clean, bright warm twinkely sound...
