If you have been ripped off by someone and would like to warn other people about him/her, you must do the following:
- Obtain a Class 1 Personal Digital ID from VeriSign if you have not done so.
- E-mail webmaster@harmony-central.com your complaint about this con artist and sign the e-mail with your Digital ID. Please focus on facts and not accusations in your e-mail.
The Digital ID is necessary to verify your identity. Harmony Central cannot post potentially libelous content without knowing who you are.
