PRESS RELEASE
| Steve Bailey Fundamental Fretless System from Seymour Duncan
January 1, 1997
Basslines®, a subsidiary of Seymour Duncan, and Steve Bailey have joined forces to release Steve's signature model pickup and Tone Circuits(TM) system. It's the first of its kind designed specifically for electric fretless bass and it's the result of many hours of R&D and sound testing under live and studio conditions.
The Tone Circuits are available with either two or three bands of focused EQ, together with a switch that engages a frequency contour optimized to bring out fretless harmonics as well as mid-range boost.
All mounting hardware (including high-quality potentiometers and knobs) and a detailed wiring schematic are included. Hand built in Santa Barbara, California.
