DOD Adds SR400D and SR460H To SR Series
January 1, 1997DOD is adding several new products to its SR Series line for the studio and sound reinforcement markets.
DOD's SR400D is a two-input/two-output, full-bandwidth, digital room delay offering up to two seconds of delay for each channel. The unit can also be used as a single-input/two-output delay unit for mono applications. The SR400D offers separate input level controls for each channel with signal indicators and clip LEDs. Delay can be entered as feet, meters or milliseconds, while temperature and humidity can also be input for even more precise settings. A backlit LCD display with double-high characters is provided for easy readability. The SR400D also features an impressive S/N Ratio of 92dB.
The SR460H studio headphone amplifier features six 1/4-inch stereo headphone jacks with individual level controls on its front panel, as well as a master level control. Inputs on the rear panel are 1/4-inch TRS jacks, while unbalanced TRS stereo inputs are found on both the front and rear panels. Hearing protection is accomplished through a gradual Auto Ramp start-up system. Maximum stereo power output is an impressive one watt per channel, while THD is a low 0.2 percent at 0.5 watts.
