Taylor Announces 25th Anniversary Guitars

In celebration of Taylor Guitars' 25th Anniversary (October 15, 1999), Bob
Taylor has created the 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Series Grand Auditorium
(XXV-GA) and Dreadnought (XXV-DR).
Their appointments include: all-solid-wood construction; quilted sapele back
and sides featuring a caramel stain; Sitka spruce top; cream binding around the
body, fingerboard, and peghead; gold Grover tuners with ebony buttons; ebony fingerboard/bridge
and rosewood peghead overlays; a custom rosette featuring koa and padouk marquetry
selected to complement the rich, burnt-umber body coloring; and Taylor's "Anniversary"
inlay between the 12th and 18th frets, featuring a 14-karat gold "XXV".
Both guitars feature the neck design Taylor introduced earlier this year.
Only 1,000 of these LTDs will be made (500 of each model).
