Schecter Announces AB-5 and AB-5 Plus Bass

Schecter Guitar Research announces the introduction of their
new AB-5 Bass.. The AB-5 is a five string version of their AB-1 Bass. The now
highly recognizable Avenger sleek sci-fi carved mahogany body is equipped with
two EMG Hz "soap bar" pickups with an active circuit. The long scale
rock maple neck has a rosewood fingerboard and "Diamond" inlays. Available
finishes include: Black, Dark Metallic Blue, Satin Black and Wine.
Retail on the AB-5 is $729.00. A custom limited edition neck thru version,
the AB-5 Plus, will also debut at Summer NAMM. The AB-5 Plus has a retail price
of $849.00 and is available in Black only. Both the AB-5 and AB-5+ will be available
at authorized Schecter dealers in July.
All Diamond Series instruments are set up in Schecter's Los Angeles custom
shop facility and have a limited lifetime warranty.
