Targetted at the hardware sampler equipped professional as well as at the home studio sound card user, SampliTools offer a wide range of solutions for the musicians everyday needs. SampliTools consists of four programs for different purposes:
SampliFile is a powerful sample database. It stores whole CDs in its database, including all audio data, program parameters (in case it is an AKAI CD), loop points and so on. A widely configurable audio compression manager ensures maximum disk space efficiency. There is no upper limit in the number of CDs - 200 or
300 are no problem with modern hard disks > 10GByte.
Each and every sample and every program within such a sample pool can be auditioned - without the need for the source CD. SampliFile's biggest benefit is the possibility to preview not only samples but also programs - using it's built in software sampler, one can easily play all stored AKAI programs with the onscreen- or a MIDI attached hardware keyboard.
Furthermore, there are sophisticated algorithmic searching capabilities, autodetection of the source media for lossless WAV / SF2 export, in-place automatic SF2 downloading for zero-latency program preview and automatic audio track splitting.

SampliCut solves a common inconvenience with audio sampling CDs, where multiple samples tend to be arranged in one audio track, since an audio CD may have only 99 tracks. SampliCut detects those single samples in each track and extracts them digitally, with optional automatic normalizing.

SampliConv is an extraction / conversion tool for AKAI S1000 / S3000 CDs. It reads those directly from the PC's standard CDROM drive and converts samples to WAV and programs to SF2 files. Care was taken to make the SF2 conversion as precisely as possible; all matching features of the SF2 format are supported.

SampliBrowse is a full featured sample browsing tool. The windows explorer style user interface integrates all the PC's file systems and CD drives into one tree view, treating AKAI CDs as if they were normal file system folders. With SampliBrowse, one can easily preview samples and programs directly from their source (either a WAV / AKAI CD or a filesystem).
The big bang is the fact, that SampliBrowse contains a full featured software sampler, which allows not only AKAI samples to be auditioned, but also whole programs to be played real time from an onscreen- or a MIDI attached hardware keyboard.
