Ibanez expanded its amp line with a new 25 watt stereo acoustic amplifier. "If you want to do complete justice to an acoustic-electric guitar and reproduce that wonderful acoustic depth, you need a stereo amp," stated Ibanez Communications. "There are other stereo acoustic amps in this approximate price range, but we believe weve got the superior combination of specs. Were using two 10" speakers instead of 8s and weve got a bigger cabinet for a richer low-end response. To better handle the high end, the TA225C features two tweeters instead of just one. And weve got three channelsall that a price thats below the competition."
"The bottom line is the TA225C is a giggable amp at a great price. Its completely portable, has both chorus and reverb and its got the sound volume and quality you need to do a superior small venue gig."
