The 2.0 versions of Clean! and Clean!Plus provide surround-mixing with graphic
loudspeaker reproduction, improved restoration effects including an additional High Quality mode, as well as a completely overhauled
WaveLabLite.
With a click of the mouse Clean! transforms ordinary
stereo tracks with a surround type effect, with the ability to graphically
specify the loudspeaker positioning.
The restoration effects of Clean! 2.0 and Clean! Plus 2.0 have also been adapted for the current
PC generation. The new High
Quality mode more advanced and optimized algorithms. The audition mode provides an added professional feature, which aids in tweaking to
get the right amount of effect, so that during restoration it is really only the crackling, hissing
and scratching which is eliminated, and not part of the music itself.
Also in the package is WaveLabLite, which has been
completely updated. Now, in addition to professional editing and real time fading
functions, it provides in combination with Clean! up to 20 effects for restoration and sound
refinement.
Clean! provides unlimited Original Fraunhofer MP3-Import and 20 free
demo-encodings that enable to transform from Wave-files to MP3-format in all quality steps.
With Clean! 2.0 and Clean! Plus 2.0, music from old media like vinyl can be recorded for posterity on an audio CD.
Clean! 2.0 will be available by the end of March in stores for DM 79.00 (MRP), Clean! Plus 2.0 for
DM 179.00 (MRP). An Update-Patch to full Fraunhofer MP3
