its first Digital Delivery collection, Drums Around The World, which is now available
exclusively from the Keyfax website.
Drums Around The World is a 100 groove collection of real drummer-played beats from
such rhythmically enlightened countries as Cuba, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and Senegal.
There are ten individual 2-bar grooves from each country and, as ever, KEYFAX has drawn
upon its long experience with MIDI recordings to produce some truly unique material, including
Taiko grooves (played by Ikuyo Conant), Djembe beats from the Malinke tribe in Senegal
(played by leading authority Rick Walker), classic Bossa Novas from Brazil, Salsa from Cuba,
Jamaican reggae, and much more.
The grooves are all saved as .MIDs in both Type 1 and Type 0 formats. They are mapped
to GM.
Accompanying the collection is an extensive .TXT document containing background details
on the beats, countries, players, and tips on how to incorporate these grooves into your own
material.
Drums Around The World is priced at just $14.95. With orders are placed on-line, the
data is sent direct to your email account upon successful processing. For more information, visit their web site at www.keyfax.com. |
