New Fusion Vocal Mics and Band Pack from Audix

Audix introduces the F50 and F50-s dynamic vocal mics ($99 MSRP for F50 and $109 MSRP for F50-s). Designed to handle a wide variety of live performance and recording applications, the F50 microphones provide a clear vocal sound with slight mid-range presence.
Characteristics include a smooth frequency response of 50 Hz -- 20k Hz, a cardioid pick-up pattern to help control feedback, a durable zinc die-cast body, and a steel mesh grill ball with internal pop-filter. Able to handle sound pressure levels in excess of 135 dB, the F50 mics have a contemporary black satin finish and include a cordura carrying pouch and nylon stand adapter.
Audix VP of Sales, Cliff Castle states that "the growing popularity of our Fusion and D Series drum mic packages stimulated the idea to offer the same type of "value pack" with the new F50 Fusion vocal mics." The F50 Band Pack includes a total of four microphones, 3-F50 mics and 1-F50-s (with on-off switch), all packed in a stylish aluminum flight-style case for $299 (MSRP). The F50 Band Pack is a solution for anyone looking to own a matched set of vocal microphones. Optional accessories include a external windscreen (WS357), and 20' performance microphone cable (CABLE-20).
