ZoeOS Graphical Editor Announced for EOS E4 Samplers

Zuonics announced its first iteration of ZoeOS, a new graphical editing environment for both Ultra and Classic EOS E4 samplers by E-MU. Expected to be released in just a couple of weeks, it is rather feature complete already, offering:
- Auto-detection of remote devices
- Local caching of remote data for immediate data refreshes and advanced informational capabilities
- A device desktop that can simultaneously contain multiple preset and voice editors as well as floating palettes for multi-mode, master, and for both the preset and sample contexts
- Advanced selection and filtering functions for the preset and sample contexts
- Housekeeping functions
- Drag and drop functionality
- SMDI integration
- Local preset packages
- Special parameter functions
- And more functionality is planned

ZoeOS currently runs on Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, but Mac OS X and Linux versions are planned.
ZoeOS is slated for release on November 17th and is priced by the number of EOS devices you need to support. A license for use with a single EOS device is $250.
