Japanese software maker P Softhouse has announced CHRONOStream version 2.0 is now available for Windows.
CHRONOStream uses the company's
PHISYX 2 engine for controlling phases in audio. Time and pitch
can be manipulated independently, so you can speed up or slow down the audio with out any pitch change, or change the pitch without making your audio file any shorter or longer in duration.
CHRONOStream2 has been upgraded with the following features. First of
all, rendering speed is now about seven times faster with lower CPU load.
Users can see the results of their work almost immediately. Also, in addition to the Mix and Solo processing algorithms, a new Rhythm algorithm has been added to handle percussive
audio properly. There is also a new Formant Control for more natural sounding pitchshifted vocals, or changing formats to make a male sound more like a female.
Software list price: 16,800 Yen.
Upgrade price: 8,400 Yen For more information, visit their web site at www.psoft.co.jp/en/index.html. |
