Gibson customer service continues its outreach worldwide, offering global, round-the-clock, toll-free customer service. In addition to the U.S., where customers have received Gibson's unequaled support 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week for years, Gibson Guitar now offers a universal, international, toll-free hotline (00 800 4 GIBSON1) to customers in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, and Austria.
The European Customer Service department, located in the Netherlands, is staffed by highly-trained musicians who are familiar with every aspect of Gibson's inventory of brands. Customers who call or e-mail questions are now able to receive expert advice in Italian, Spanish, French, German, English and Dutch. and. In the coming year, Gibson plans to explore opportunities to extend the same high-quality service to customers in Japan, China, and Korea.
