Native Instruments is excited to announce that KORE is now available in
stores worldwide.
KORE has been specifically developed to increase the efficiency, flexibility
and ease of working with software instruments and effects in the studio and
onstage. KORE is an integrated system consisting of a host software for VST
and Audio Units plug-ins, and a tightly integrated hardware controller that
includes a professional USB 2.0 audio/MIDI interface. It can be used both as
a standalone instrument host as well as a plug-in within any Audio Units-,
VST- and RTAS- compatible sequencer program. Due to the sophisticated
bi-directional integration of the controller with the KORE software, all
major functions of the system can be controlled without the need to touch or
even see the computer that runs the software.
In time with the official release, the software update 1.0.1 for KORE has
also been made available. The new version offers several enhancements,
including a new "Live View" mode, six additional effects, optimized audio
drivers and more. KORE 1.0.1 also includes preconfigured "Easy Access Pages"
for a wide range of software instruments from Arturia, Gmedia, Korg,
Spectrasonics and other manufacturers, which allow for plug-in parameters to
be automatically assigned to the control elements on the KORE controller.
Native Instruments today also kicked off "KORE Days", an international
workshop tour in cooperation with more than 140 stores worldwide. Each KORE
Days event features an in-depth product presentation that covers all aspects
of KORE, and gives users the possibility to try out the system themselves
afterwards. Further information, including a complete list of dates, can be
found at www.native-instruments.com/koredays.info.
KORE is available for a suggested retail price of $559 / 499 Euro from
authorized dealers and in the NI Online Shop. A special Limited
Time Offer for owners of NI KOMPLETE is effective until June 31st. Detailed
information about the conditions is available on the NI website. For more information, visit their web site at www.native-instruments.com.
