PRESS RELEASE

PreSonus Expands Company Website With User Forum And FAQ

November 20, 2006

PreSonus is pleased to announce the following two new features of the PreSonus website:

1. PreSonus Forum:

The PreSonus Forum is designed to bring PreSonus customers together to discuss tips, tricks and technical issues regarding PreSonus products as well as share music and exchange ideas on music creation and live sound. The PreSonus Forum brings a little Louisiana local flare by distinguishing member participation levels by the colors of Mardi Gras: Green, Purple, and Gold.

Green represents faith: 10-75 posts to forum
Purple represents justice: 76-150 posts to forum
Gold represents power: 151+ posts to forum

The PreSonus forum will also host special guest moderators and power user reviews.

2. PreSonus FAQ

The PreSonus FAQ is an interactive database-driven module to answer Frequency Asked Questions on all PreSonus Products. In addition to traditional FAQ posts, the PreSonus FAQ will feature step by step set-up instructions, recording techniques, and explanations of standard recording and live sound terminology.

Users can search by product name, system type and DAW. Each FAQ has a rating system as well as an email module to easily contact PreSonus technical support.

"We're really excited about the addition of the Forum and FAQ," states Customer Support Manager Wesley De Vore. "These new features will now give our customers a resource that is available twenty-four hours, seven days a week. Our goal is not only to assist our customers with their PreSonus equipment, but to help them to use it to its highest potential."
