Grover Pro Percussion Announces T2/HTS-8 Tambourine
October 15, 2007
Grover Pro Percussion Inc., world leaders in high quality percussion products announced that they will introduce a new concert tambourine at PASIC, held November 1-3 in Columbus, Ohio. This will be the first new tambourine model rollout by Grover Pro in over 3 years.
Model T2/HTS-8
The new tambourine model will expand Grover's line of Custom Dry Tambourines with heat-treated jingles. This new model will be the first 8" diameter tambourine with Grover's specially heat-treated jingles. The Custom Drum series of Grover tambourines provides percussionists with an ultra-sensitive, dry articulated sonority. Professionals find this type of tambourine perfect for orchestral works that require precise articulation.
This product roll out coincides with Grover Pro's investment in a new heat treatment oven which was recently acquired from one of Boston's top flute makers. The new oven gives Grover Pro greater control over it's proprietary heat treating processes, so critical to the manufacture of it's Custom Dry tambourines.
