Hartman Electronics announces release of its Vintage Germanium Fuzz pedal available in two flavors, both using vintage NOS (new old-stock) Germanium transistors: NKT-275 version US$179.99; AC128 version US$139.99.

The Hartman Vintage Germanium Fuzz pedals are 100% Germanium fuzz based on one of rock's seminal effects: the original 1960's Arbiter Fuzz Face™. Frequently requested mods are available including internal bias/trim, input level trim, and the fabled "Hendrix" mod.

Each fuzz features heavy-duty true-bypass switching, ON/OFF LED indicator, external 9VDC power in jack. Transistor pairs are bench-tested and thoroughly auditioned to assure low noise, proper gain, and thermal stability. Printed circuit board construction features premium-quality components and 5% carbon-composition resistors like the original. Assemblies are meticulously grounded and shielded in a rugged metal enclosure to eliminate RF interference.
