Kid Nepro Announces The Release Of Proto Rock New Sounds for Korg M3 Sampler/Workstation.

This new collection includes 64 new programs and 64 new combis for the Korg M3 and M3m sampling workstations. It also contains over 50 megs of new multi samples and a wide variety of instruments geared towards fans of Classic Rock from the 60's and 70's. The new multi samples contain sounds from Kid Nepro's Prophet VS, Mellotron, Super Jupiter and Effectron libraries combining the sound of classic vintage synthesizers with the M3's large selection of multi samples and effects. Features extensive real-time control via the KARMA Realtime Controls and the other controllers (joystick and switches). The result is a great mix of vintage and modern sounds. It's classic rock meets 21st century technology at it's best.

Proto Rock represents a first in sound programming with a new technique that syncs wav file sample loops to the M3's drum track and Karma modules. This was created using WAV file rhythms and beats from Kid Nepro's Triton, Wavestation, Karma, Triton MOSS and Analog Synth sound collections. The WAV files were imported into the M3 sampler, converted to M3 multi samples/programs and then synced to the M3 drum track and Karma modules. Essentially, this new feature turns the M3 programs into "mini combis" and the combis into "super combis", by adding an additional part to the mix.
