Pantomime Music Publications has just released two new e-books for songwriters,
written by composer/arranger Gary Ewer.
"How to Harmonize a Melody" gives songwriters the basics they need for adding chords to a song melody. "I know first-hand from my own students that knowing how to apply chord changes to a melody can be tricky," says Ewer. "The chords often sound directionless, and quite frankly, boring. This e-book helps songwriters by describing the basics in easy, down-to-earth terminology. And readers can click on each musical sample in the text and hear the concepts being demonstrated."
"The Essential Secrets of Songwriting - LESSONS" is a course designed to improve
songwriting skills by providing instruction and activities in nine separate areas of songwriting. It's based on the ever-popular songwriting course that has been available online, but now expanded, in PDF format, with FAQs and more. It's selling for $11.95.
Pantomime Music Publications has just announced that until February 20, 2007,
"How to Harmonize a Melody" is being offered free of charge with any other
purchase of Gary Ewer's songwriting e-books.
