Yamaha Introduces The YKA6000 Keyboard Stand And YKB5000 Keyboard Bench

With the addition of the new YKA6000 Keyboard Stand and the new YKB5000 Keyboard Bench, Yamaha now offers a complete line of entry-level, intermediate and professional stands and benches to complement its quality keyboards and digital pianos.
The YKA6000 professional quality X-style keyboard stand serves the needs of professional musicians, primarily those who play synthesizers and digital pianos. Unique rubber grips and telescoping arms hold any keyboard in place and 30 millimeter tubing provides superior strength. A spring-action hand lever quickly and easily adjusts the stand to five different playing heights. Performers can add Yamaha's YKT7500 to this stand for a second keyboard tier.
"This stand was designed by players for players," said Nic Chaffee, product manager, Accessory Products, Yamaha Pro Audio & Combo Division. "Not only is it sturdy, but making adjustments is quick and easy."
The YKB5000 is a quality X-style keyboard bench that combines lasting comfort and deluxe safety for peace of mind. A spring-loaded, double deadbolt locking system accommodates over eight different height positions and the unit folds flat for easy storage.
The YKA6000 keyboard stand (MSRP: $89.99) and the YKB5000 keyboard bench (MSRP: $69.99) are scheduled to ship in February 2007.
