These Milan-based producers are synonymous with quality late night grooves, and with a succession of sultry singles released on the most important and appreciated labels the world over, they know how to rock the party. Since 1996 Harley & Muscle have become known for their smooth House stylings — they are composers, producers and remixers of Deep House tracks and have worked with the biggest names in the dance scene.
