Thomson, lead guitarist for the popular metal band SLIPKNOT, partnered with Ovation's R&D team to design every aspect of his limited edition guitar, making the MT37 the loudest and fastest shredder in Ovation's arsenal. MT37 signature features include a solid spruce top with deep contour body, custom ultra thin maple neck, bass side only multi-sound holes, scalloped "X" bracing, custom "SEVEN" inlays, OP Pro preamp and Ovation's High Output pickup.
