Responding to customer demand for additional rolling Shock-Rack cases, SKB™ has just introduced the 4 Unit Rolling Shock Rack case (3SKB-R04U20W). And Canyonwest Cases (http://www.CanyonwestCases.co) is making them available to musicians needing to safeguard their electronic equipment against water, dust or being damaged during transport (http://www.canyonwestcases.com/sources/html/Rackmount_Cases/SKB_Rolling_Shocks_20.html) SKB 20" Shock Rack Cases are now available in three sizes, 4 Unit, 6 Unit and 8 Unit configurations (model numbers 3SKB-R04U20W, 3SKB-R06U20W and 3SKB-R08U20W). Cases have built-in wheels and telescoping handle - simply pull out the recessed handle, tilt the case and roll it.
As with all SKB shockmount cases, the rolling Shock Rack provides a rotationally molded tough shell with integrally molded valiance, and it comes standard with eight elastomeric shocks (load range 40 to 150 lbs). The load range can be enhanced to 300 lbs. by adding additional shocks.
Additional features include the SKB trigger latches with TSA locks, allowing TSA screeners to unlock cases for security checks while keeping the contents otherwise locked and secure. SKB is the only case manufacturer with this feature. Other standard features include a rubberized-gasket around the door to seal out dust and water, as well as stacking lugs. Latches and handles are recessed for enhanced reliability and stackability.
