July 10, 1998 -- Now made at Fender's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, the classic '69 Telecaster® Thinline features a lightweight semi-hollow body with single f-hole. Finish options include Natural Mahogany and classic 3-Tone Sunburst on ash.
The '69 Telecaster Thinline also features a one-piece maple neck; 21 vintage frets; two vintage Tele® single-coil pickups; vintage 3-saddle string-through-body bridge; master volume and tone controls; white shell '69 Thinline pickguard; chrome knurled knobs; and a 3-way selector switch. Comes factory-equipped with genuine Fender strings for optimum tone and performance.
