Gibraltar Improves 7500 Series Snare Stand

July 10, 1998 -- Kaman Music is proud to announce an improvement to our popular 7500 Series snare drum stand.

The Gibraltar 7500 Series is the world's only true "intermediate weight" series of hardware. Its elliptical leg design combines the design features of double-braced hardware (2 leg angle supports per leg) with the weight reduction (due to tubular legs) of single-braced stands. This design feature has kept the 7500 Series one of Gibraltar's most popular series for over 15 years.

The 7506 snare stand has been reduced in height by 11/2" inches. This combined with its low-position elliptical leg base and extremely low center of gravity allows it to fit in tight setups, with its legs under a bass drum and away from the hi-hat or bass pedal. It allows a drummer to sit low in the saddle and still utilize snare drums 6" to 8" in depth without compromising the playing position of the drum or of the player. In addition to this extra low feature, the 7506 can be extended to 20" in height making it possibly the most versatile snare stand on the market. The 7506 features Gibraltar's 360 degree position snare basket adjustment and comes complete with a height memory position lock.

The 7506 Elliptical Leg Snare Stand has a U.S. retail price of $115.50 and features a 3-year warranty.
