Ibanez Announces New Jumpstart Value PacksJuly 10, 1998 -- Ibanez has unveiled three entirely new Jumpstart electric guitar and bass value packs at the Nashville show. "Dealers told us that they love our Jumpstarts, but they would love them a lot more if we'd put the amp and axe in one box. Well their wish was our command," commented Paul Specht of Hoshino. "We've got everything a new player needs in one box: amp, guitar, accessories and instruction materials. Plus our Bensalem art department came up with a design that allows the bass and guitar value packs to be placed together for an even more effective display on the sales floor." To the original guitar and bass value packs models, Ibanez is adding the ISJ70M MetalPack, which features an all black guitar and Ibanez POWERLEAD distortion petal for "aspiring metalheads."
