Ibanez Debuts Tone Lok Effects Pedals
July 24, 1999 -- Ibanez new Tone Lok pedals combine metal cases, pro signal
processing, competitive pricing and the exclusive Push Lok tone knobs.
Commented Jon "Rapunzel" Romanowski of Ibanez Electronics who
was part of the Tone Lok design team, "All of us have gigged and
had tone settings changed or knobs bent or broken because someone walked
over a pedal. With a Push Lok, you just set it and forget it. You push
the knob down and the tone setting locks in and the knob is recessed in
the body out of harms way." Continued Mr. Romanowski, "The new
Tone Lok pedals feature the standard what-every-musician-needs-to-gig
tones. But they also produce plenty of the whacked out sound effects favored
