Digidesign and Rocket Network Announce Plans for a Strategic AllianceFebruary 7, 2000 -- Digidesign and Rocket Network announce plans for a technology and strategic partnership that provides Digidesign with a significant equity stake in Rocket Network and a seat on the Rocket Board of Directors. The companies intend to work together to develop technologies and services that enable Pro Tools users to collaborate using Digi internet studios.
