January 29, 1998 -- Syosset, New York-Equipped with up to 900 effect variations, the Virtualizer(R) DSP 1000 from Behringer is distinguished by natural-sounding acoustic reverb algorithms that are extremely complex and detailed to achieve the highest level of audio quality.

The Virtualizer uses a powerful 24-bit DSP with dual processing engines to produce 32 unique new algorithms with both parallel and serial processing available from both engines for a range stunning "virtual rooms," highly creative special effects and exciting combinations.

This versatile device's wide range of effects includes different reverbs, tremolo, chorus, flanging, stereo delays, a powerful vocoder and more. Additional hi and low shelving EQs can be used to fine-tune every effect.

Designed for easy operation, the Virtualizer allows all values and parameters to be edited from the front panel using a large jog wheel. Edits can be stored in a bank of 100 user memories.

For maximum headroom and fine resolution, the Virtualizer includes 20-bit A/D and D/A converters and a professional 48 kHz sampling rate.
