Paiste Extends Hand Cymbal Range

January 29, 1998 -- At the 1998 NAMM Show, Paiste will be introducing Alpha Marching cymbals, and new Band cymbals in the 502, 402 & 302 lines.

The Alpha "Marching" series, available in 14", 15" & 16", were developed in response to requests from European marching bands, desiring cymbals with higher pitches and more volume and projection. These instruments also have excellent application in U.S. educational outdoor activities. All Alpha cymbals are made of CuSn8, the same bronze as the famous 2002 professional line.

And as an answer to many calls for great sounding, budget-conscious hand cymbals, Paiste now provides band models in the 502 (14", 16" & 18"), 402 (12", 14" & 16"), and 302 lines (14" & 16").

Paiste's website is at www.paiste.com.
