New AAX Bright Crash and Fast Hats from Sabian

January 29, 1998 -- SABIAN have introduced new AAX 13" and 14" Fast Hats and an AAX 18" Bright Crash, as the Canada -based cymbal company continues to bolster its popular AAX series with new models. This time MM concepts already successfully established in their HH and AA series respectively.

Featuring boosted high-end response characteristics, the Bright Crash delivers the explosive cutting power normally found In bigger, heavier crash cymbals. Designed to deliver with a glassy presence and substantial focused tone, this model responds with speed, while a moderate decay rate ensures a tasteful degree of sustain. Fast Hats combine higher pitched tonality and greater degree of speed than other AAX hi-hats. Pairing a medium-heavy top cymbal for clean stroke definition, and a heavier bottom to enhance the strengths of the top cymbal and increase, speed, clarity and projection, AAX Fast Hats respond with ease and efficiency at all volumes

Commented SABIAN President Dan Barker "AAX cymbals have a unique Auto Focus Control feature that eliminates tones Mich might conflict with the principal tone center of their sound This enables them to respond with accuracy at a# volumes, further enhancing the effectiveness of the Fast Hats and Bright Crash.

Pressure-shaped from pure SABIAN B20 bronze, for bright and biting sounds, the AAX Bright Crash and Fast Hats are available in Natural or Brilliant Finish and are quality protected by SABIAN's One Year Warranty Protection Plan.
