BandCode.net Launches New Tools for Band Sites

July 14, 2001

Miami-based BandCode.net has launched their site for musicians and bands, featuring high-end web features to promote artists’ live shows and recorded music.

Their services are divided into three chief areas:

1. The BandCode.net system - Specialized, dynamic Plug-in Pages that work with your existing site. Add concert listings, news, a mailing list, a visitor forum, an online store and other areas to your site quickly and easily. Use a specialized online Administrator to update all your info in seconds (no learning HTML!).

2. Web Design - Don’t have an existing site? Get a presence on the web. Select from a list of plans designed specifically to meet the needs of bands and musical artists in need of complete online representation. Flash animation, custom graphics, photo galleries, sound clips and more are all possible. Plus, your new site is built to work with the dynamic BandCode system.

3. Record Label Media Services - BandCode.net offers complete interactive media packages. Need an interactive CD sampler of your bands? A corporate web site? BandCode.net has worked for years with record labels, theatre companies, and new media houses to create web sites and multimedia projects to enhance their electronic marketability. Let us our experience work for you.

“BandCode began out of frustration. It bothered me to see so many excellent bands out there with either no site at all, or sites that didn’t do their music justice. I wanted to do something about it. With that in mind, I developed the idea for BandCode,” says BandCode.net President, Mark Rossmore.

BandCode’s web design plans starting at $375 with the $50-off current Summer Special. This plan includes: (1) a 4 Page Web site (Home, Bio, Music, Contact), (2) all the BandCode Plug-in Pages (Concerts, News, Mailing List, etc.), and (3) the BandCode System for one year ($150 value).

Other musician web sites work off of templates and pre-defined layouts. If they have a hundred band sites, all of those sites look the same. BandCode.net firmly believes that every band needs its own online identity built around its music and persona.
