Bass Summit New York Scheduled for April 29th

Calling all bassists! Join in on an evening dedicated to the art of the bass guitar. Some of the most talented players on the planet who will not only perform but be on hand to answer your questions. Participants include:
Victor Bailey -
An incredibly versatile songwriter, producer and bass player, Victor has backed the likes of Weather Report, Weather Update, Michael Brecker, Steps Ahead, and the Zawinul Syndicate as well as pop, rock, and R&B acts like Madonna, Mary J. Blidge and Santana. Performing with Victor will be guitarist Tommy Byrnes (Billy Joel) and drummer Chuck Burgi.
Bill "Buddha" Dickens -
Buddah has enjoyed an extremely diverse career, performing with the likes of Chaka Kahn, Steve Morse, Janet Jackson, Pat Metheny, Ramsey Lewis, Chuck Mangione and many others. As a producer and writer, he has worked with Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin and Shawn Christopher.
John Patitucci -
As a studio artist, John has played on countless albums with such artists as B.B. King, Chick Corea, Wayne Shorter, George Benson, Dizzy Gillespie, Natalie Cole and Bon Jovi. His performance credits include Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Sting and many more. John will be accompanied by guitarist Jay Azzolina a former member of Spyro Gyra.
