Music Ear Training for Macintosh

Listen is an application for music ear training, featuring a wide variety
of melodic and harmonic exercises in both matching and multiple-choice
formats. You can change the level of difficulty at any time by choosing
pace, scales, keys, ranges, chord sets, and many other options.

The Listen Demo program lets you try 3 of the 17 exercises for about seven
minutes. The full version of Listen comes with an electronic user manual
including contents, tutorial, descriptions of features and exercises, a
command reference, many illustrations, appendix of musical examples,
glossary of music terms, and a complete index.

Listen uses sampled sounds ('snd' resources) for Macintosh playback and
supports the OMS (Open Music System) MIDI driver. OMS is available as a
free download from http://www.opcode.com and is included on the Listen
CD-ROM. When using MIDI, the Macintosh sounds will not be used.

Listen runs on all Mac OS computers, from the Macintosh Classic to current
models, and is compatible with System 6, System 7, Mac OS 8 and Mac OS 9.
